A small additional chromosome is present in
the metaphase on the left (arrow) and in the
corresponding karyotype on the right. The FISH
karyotype reveals that the extra chromosome
belongs to chromosome 15. It consists of a small
isodicentric chromosome with a duplication of
the proximal long arm 15q11
